Sea Trout Fishing on the River Taf

The Taf is a small but noted river in West Wales, rising in the Preseli Hills of North Pembrokeshire and flowing 35 miles to enter Carmarthen Bay at Laugharne. The river has good runs of sea trout, recording a ten year average annual catch (to 2009) of 358. Worming, spinning and fly fishing are all permitted on the river, the season running from 1st April to 17th October.
